Fuji 360 - Winter Trail - FEB 16 - 19, 2027

This payment of 60,000 JPY is the per-person deposit required to join our 4-day Fuji 360: Winter Edition journey. It is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative tour up to 50 days before departure. Please note that you must be at least 20 years of age at the time of tour commencement.
Total Tour Cost:
Twin Share: 315,000 JPY per person
Solo Travelers: 345,000 JPY (Includes private room supplement)
Note: Prices may vary by season. This reflects the February 2027 departure.
Payment Timeline:
Within a few days of receiving your deposit, we will send you a formal invoice for the remaining balance. You can pay this at your convenience, provided the full amount is settled at least 50 days before the tour departure.
Cancellation Policy:
By paying this deposit, you acknowledge the following cancellation terms for the remaining balance:
50+ days before departure: Full refund of the remaining balance.
49 – 21 days before departure: 50% refund of the remaining balance.
Under 21 days before departure: Non-refundable.
The initial 60,000 JPY deposit remains non-refundable in all instances.
The Experience Includes:
Accommodations: 2 nights in hand-picked local hotels and one night authentic mountain temple stay.
Transport: Private travel in our nimble, 9-seater minivan (no big buses).
All Meals: 3 Breakfasts, 4 Lunches, and 3 Dinners (including a market lunch coupon for flexibility).
Curated Entries: All museum fees, indigo-dyeing workshops, winery tours/tastings, and temple experiences.
Expert Lead: Led by your local, English-speaking Japanese guide throughout.

If you are booking for one person, we will automatically apply the single room supplement to your final invoice unless you have coordinated a twin-share with another traveler.
Important for Winter Edition: This tour includes one night at a traditional mountain temple (shukubo). While rooms are private and heated, corridors and communal areas can be chilly in February, and bathrooms are shared (gender-separated). This is an authentic part of the monastic experience.
